5pm -------------- Mandatory Volunteer Meeting (Curling Rink, Rec Centre)
5pm ------------- Media Briefing (Tourism Centre)
8:30pm ---------- Mandatory Pre-Race Meeting / Welcome (DeathFest Main Stage, Central Park) Race Kit Pickup

Saturday  
7 - 7:40am ----- Racer Check-in
8am ------------- Race Start

Sunday
8am ------------- Race Finish
2pm ------------- Kids Death Race
4 pm ------------- Kids Race Awards (Arena)

Monday
8:30am --------- Awards Breakfast (Arena)
