WAIVER 
Please print this WAIVER, completed legibly, and bring it to Race Kit Pick Up the Friday before the Race.  No Waiver, No Race Kit, No Race.  If you fail to present with the signed waiver, we will have them available at registration but that will add unecessary delays and inconvenience for you. 
 
PRIVACY
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Participant information may be shared with other race event and series organizations as far as it is necessary to verify racer identity to determine eligibility for a participating event/series or verify qualifying finish times. By registering, you agree to this. Participating organizations are identified in the racer details package available on www.canadiandeathrace.com.
